- 2022 Westphalia Champion
- Premium Stallion of the DWB licensing 2022
Was the talk of the town at the Westphalia licensing 2021
The first sport season of Elastic, who was awarded a prize at the Danish licensing, was impressive: First he won gold at the Westphalian Championships with a score of 8.8 and immediately afterwards silver at the German Championships for three-year-old stallions with a score of 9.0. Additionally, here are some quotes from the enthusiastic feedback of the Warendorf judges. In trot: “Good rhythm, very dynamic, a lot of power, nice hock activity and a closed frame” – 9.0. In canter: “fantastic activity, a good uphill tendency, balanced, very generous in the extensions, with a nice willingness to collect afterwards” – 9.5. In walk: “very confident, relaxed, with a good freedom of the shoulders” – 8.0. Rideability: “a fantastic performance for his age, that was hard to beat, always very calm and listening to his rider” – 9.5. Type: “a very charming stallion, with a good conformation, a strong back, with the hind leg always at the centre of gravity and correct foundations” – 9.0. With his rider Maxi Kira von Platen, Elastic was only beaten at the German Championships by the winner Vogue.
His sire Escolar is one of the most established sires of all and ensured a worldwide revival of the almost forgotten but extremely valuable E-bloodlines of his ancestors Ehrensold and Ehrentusch. With riding master Hubertus Schmidt, Escolar was part of the German Olympic squad and has been placed several times at German Championships. As a three and four-year-old, he won the German Championships for young horses and at eight years old he took the second place in the final of the Nuremberg Burg Cup. Over 40 of his sons have been licensed, including stallion Escamillo, who was silver and bronze medallist at the World Championships for young dressage horses. Eternity, German Champion and placed third at the World Championships for young dressage horses, ZINQ Escalla FH/Lana-Pinou Baumgürtel, German Junior Championship bronze medallist, and ZINQ Emma FH/Lana-Pinou Baumgürtel and Edward of Locksley/Ferdinand Csaki, who are victorious in international competitions, stand out amongst his offspring who are successful in sport.
His dam Diva de Luxe has already produced the intermediate (M) level dressage horse Le Renard (by Livaldon). She is the full sister of the licensed stallion Dynasty VDL.

FOREVER KFS
(Sezuan x Don Dancier)
175cm
A sensational daughter of the incredible Sezuan himself, and with the current HHSA Dressage Horse of the Year; Don Dancier, as her dam’s sire, this young mare is destined to follow in her father’s and many brothers’ footsteps and make her mark in top sport!
Sezuan is a Triple World Champion a has a great number of internationally successful offspring. As the 2013 Danish Warmblood Stallion Champion, and the winner of Aage Ravn's trophy for best Danish-bred dressage stallion, Sezuan passed his stallion performance test in 2012 in Denmark with scores never awarded before. He was given the highest possible score of 10.0, ten times! In 2013 Sezuan continued his victory march and became the Danish Champion Stallion with 10.0 for his walk and canter, and 9.5 for his trot. Already as a three year old stallion, he won many European dressage experts' hearts with his outstanding gaits and high rideability. As a result Sezuan became one of Europe's most popular young stallions. Following this, he went on to become the best four-year-old dressage horse in Denmark at the competition in Odense. Here he was again awarded the dream score of 10.0 for his trot, canter and willingness to perform and 8.9 for his walk. With a total of 9.68, the title was rightfully his.
Following his WC-gold win in 2015 with the dream mark of 10.0, Sezuan is now a double Champion. In 2016 he won the qualifier for the WC-Final of seven-year-old dressage horses with a final score of 9.52. His rider Dorothee Schneider said of his win, "Everything was perfect. Sezuan is simply a "limelight hog", he wants to be the best, he wants to please."
From Sezuan's first crop of foals, the already highly recognized Oldenburg premium sire, Sam, and elsewhere throughout Europe his foals are setting high, new standards. One progeny, the colt Sirocco was auctioned off for a record-breaking price of 74,000 euros in 2014, and the filly Schwarze Schwalbe Macohl became the Danish Foal Champion of 2015.
In 2019, Sezuan was named Elite Stallion by the Danish Warmblood Society.
Eva Mueller and Sezuan son, So Unique (Sezuan / Donnerhall), topped the board in the 3-year old Stallion division of the 2018 Bundeschampionate and won with straight 9s across the board: 9 for walk, trot, canter, training and conformation. Another successful offspring of Sezuan, the mare Summersby II, was named Grand Champion of the 2018 Dressage at Devon Breed Show. In 2017, his son Secret placed first in the qualifier, and became runner up in the 2017 Bundeschampionate Dressage FInal.
In recent years, his sire Blue Hors Zack has proven his value as a breeding stallion with several approved sons and successful progeny. Blue Hors Zack's pedigree combines extremely valuable bloodlines through Rousseau, Jazz and Belisar and he himself was a Champion Stallion not only in the Netherlands but also in Denmark. In 2015 he was able to celebrate victories up to Inter I level with Daniel Bachmann Andersen of Denmark.
Sezuan's dam, Don Romina (by the world-famous Don Schufro who won OL-bronze under Andreas Helgstrand as part of the Danish national team) received the Danish Warmblood's breeder gold medal and was nominated best dressage mare of the year in 2006. Sezuan's grand dam is the bronze medal mare Laina.
