The inaugural Inglis Equine Art Prize has been won by Kristin Hardiman from Thornleigh, NSW. The local artist beat a pool of entries from all over the world with her touching portrayal of a protective mare and her foal. The work 'Mother and Daughter' was painted at Everton Stud in Victoria, and captivated the judges for its sensitivity to the subject and the location. ...
