AHHA Northern NSW Hunter Championships - Oct 2-3

2010 AHHA Nthn NSW Hunter Championships 2/3 October 2010

 

The 2010 AHHA Nthn NSW Hunter Championships ran from 2nd to the 3rd October 2010 at Tamworth Showground. This show featured not only show and working hunter classes, but also a full program of breed, rider and open hack classes. The quality of entrants in all classes was extremely high and the overall atmosphere of the show was very relaxed and enjoyable with competitors travelling from as far afield as Canberra and Queensland to attend

Judges Kate Francis, Carol Heuchan, Sue Oberg, Tara Bodarenko and Patricia Carter worked together to judge the classes. These ladies, who are all extremely experienced judges, commented that the quality of the horses at the show were truly Royal level.

Supreme Led and Ridden Show Hunter Horse was awarded to Casey Flanagan and Eungella Georgia and Hi Point Working Hunter Horse was awarded to Cremebrulle and K Johnson while Supreme Led and Ridden All Breeds went to OMG owned by a delighted S Fewings.

The AHHA would like to thank each and every competitor for attending this show and showing the AHHA such tremendous support. This event will be held next year, and we look forward to having your support and involvement as the show develops as it can only get better from here!!

And last but not least, this event could realistically not have been run had it not been for the support of our sponsors. Sponsorship included rugs, garlands, prize money, products and vouchers and the day would not have been the same without their support.
