Arabian Lovers in for a Treat
Sydney International Equestrian Centre will play host to the 2011 East Coast Arabian Championships from Thursday to Saturday this week.
The show is the biggest event of the year for the NSW Arabian Horse Assiciation Inc with International judge, Marianne Tengstedt from Denmark being flown out for the event.
Commenting on the opportunity to judge in Sydney for the second time Marianne said "For me it is a great honour and privilege to travel around the world to see, to feel, to learn, and always with enthusiastic people who share my passion - the georgeous Arabian horse."
Also judging at the event are Nicolette Jones-Ryan (NSW), Vicki Franklin (QLD) and Tracie-Lee Wells (NSW).
Horsezone visited SIEC this morning and caught up with Club president Donna Leak who was pleased with the entries for the event commenting "We've got well over 450 of the cream of the East Coast Arabians entered in the show and the presentation night on Saturday will be a great spectacle starting from 5.30pm."
