If racing is your passion and marketing your area of expertise, this is the job for you. Australia’s leading thoroughbred auction house Inglis is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Operations & Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic Inglis Digital team.

The primary focus of the role is managing Inglis Digital’s marketing campaigns and collateral along with social media and other communications. You will also be responsible for delivering a high level of client support for the day-to-day functions of the business.

The successful applicant will:

 Have experience in website administration including training and assisting with adhoc development work

 Provide exceptional customer experience

 Successfully collect and analyse data to provide insights to improve the business

 Confidently undertake accounts administration

 Have strong computer literacy and exceptional organisational skills

 Offer excellent presentation and communication skills

 Show the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

You will also have a passion and intense knowledge of the racing and breeding industries, plus a desire to develop strong relationships with the Inglis team and clients, both in Australia and abroad.

It is desirable but not mandatory to have experience working for an online business or within the digital marketing space and/or relevant qualifications.

While occasional travel and additional work outside of normal business hours is likely, Inglis acknowledges this by providing competitive salaries, annual salary reviews and staff parking.

This Sydney based position is full-time currently working out of Newmarket in Randwick, and will be relocating to Riverside Stables at Warwick Farm in January 2018, once our new stateof-the-art horse auction precinct has been built.

Applications regarding this position may be made to jobs@inglis.com.au
