Cut Glare & Record the Action with All-In-One Sports Sunglasses

Published on Thursday, April 26, 2012 in General

We've all been there - you're trying to watch the action at a horse event and record quality video at the same time - not as easy as it sounds! With having to hold up the video camera or other recording device and keep it steady, this can prove a difficult task, plus if there's glare it's hard to see what you're actually recording.

Australian company 'She Left' has now solved our videoing problems with their all-in-one sports sunglasses, which feature a mini High Definition video camera recorder. The sunglasses have a 1280 x 720p HD video recording resolution with audio recording and 12 mega pixel snapshot/photograph function, which records to a high capacity Micro SD card - up to 32GB. These sunglasses are a great alternative to other highly priced video cameras that are currently on the market and have to be hand-held or mounted.

Tyrone O'Connor, of 'She Left', says, "The sunglasses work especially well for people in the horse industry, who can film family and friends hands free at events and still see what's going on - making the day much more enjoyable."

See video of dressage taken with the sunglasses below.

Another fun aspect of the sunglasses, is that not only can you sit comfortably in the stands and video your favourite horses and people, you can also wear them while riding and record all the action from the saddle! Whether you're out on a scenic trail ride, galloping across country or sitting on a top cutting horse - now you can share the experience.

Keen rider, Jason Ngo, recently wore the sunglasses while out enjoying a trail ride and was very impressed, "She Left video sunglasses are awesome! They have quality video and audio recording and sit very well on your face, just like any pair of sunglasses. With a push of a button you are recording and another thing that's great about this, is that everyone you talk to when recording doesn't react like they are being recorded. The video files are automatically saved into a memory card and are accessible on any computer once plugged in with a USB."

See Jason's trail ride video below.

There are six different lenses to choose from of various colours and they are available in polarised or non-polarised.

Purchase of the sunglasses also includes a high capacity rechargeable lithium polymer 780mAh battery for up to 2.5 hours recording time.
