Decision reached in AJ Maximus Case

Published on Monday, December 27, 2010 in General

A decision has finally been reached in the case that caused quite a stir in the New Zealand equine community in 2010 with the alleged abuse of the warmblood stallion AJ Maximus.

The son of Ritual was leased to New Zealand paralympic hopeful Joanna Jackson by his Melbourne owner Norm Clark, and when he was no longer required and picked up by an agent of Clark, was found in less than ideal condition.
