For Sale: Budweiser (IMP) 17.1hh 1994 Oldenburg Chestnut Stallion
Dom Ingvall, a talented 22 year old eventer, currently based at Kitara Lodge located on the Central Coast of NSW (approximately 50 minutes from Sydney CBD), is hoping to move to Europe early next year. Dom has been competing up to 3 star level in eventing and has been named on the Australian Young Rider Squad for 2 years. Dom has also been producing young horses and competing regularly at major international events here in Australia, for her home country of Finland. Even though she has been living in Australia for ten years, Dom has decided the time has come to move back to Europe, to further her equestrian career.
The Equestrian Federation in Finland, of whom Dom is a member, has recognised her qualifications here in Australia and she only has to qualify at two more 3 star events to be eligible to ride on the Finnish team. Dom has been to Europe and watched the World Cup and Burghley Horse Trails and is determined to make it in the big time of eventing. Currently the Finnish eventing team consists of five girls with the oldest being 23 years old - a very young team - and Dom feels it would be beneficial for her to be over there competing with them and building a team relationship. Finland will be putting forward a shortlisted team for the London Olympic Games in January 2011 and Dom is hoping to be on it - if it's not possible for a Finnish team to compete, Dom hopes to still be able to compete as an individual.
Dom will take at least two Australian horses with her, one being Anglo Arabian, Ari De Gwaihir, who was campaigned by Stuart Tinney and is a very seasoned horse. Dom has only had him two months but is very impressed with him and is ready to rise to the challenge of their competing together, after such a short time. Dom will also take the horse she has already been competing on successfully, Kitara Diamond Edition, an Australian Thoroughbred. It's great to see Dom furthering the cause of Australian horses by taking these two fine examples with her to Europe.
To help fund the move overseas and because she doesn't know how long she will be away, Dom is now selling beautiful Kitara Lodge Equestrian Centre, as well as her luxury 8 horse truck, a Grand Prix Schoolmaster - Oldenburg Stallion imported from Europe and other horses. This is a fantastic opportunity to buy not only a stunning horse property, but the truck and horses to go with it!
