EA Photo of the Year Competition - 'An Equestrian Moment'
Anyone can enter, so get snapping!
Being involved with horses and Equestrian Sport provides us with plenty of amazing moments many of which are caught on camera.
Equestrian Australia is holding its first ever “Photo of the Year” competition. We are asking you to send in your special image. It may be high action, a beginner’s blooper, capture the spirit of the horse or simply a beautiful moment you were lucky to photograph. The theme of the competition is "An Equestrian Moment"
All entries will be loaded on our facebook page.
The winner will be awarded the EA Photo of the Year at the EA Sport Achievement Awards on 04 May. The images of the 10 finalists will also be displayed on the big screen at the Awards Night.
Who can enter?
Anyone can enter. Professional and amateurs. If you have a camera you qualify! We want everyone to be able to enter this competition we want to celebrate Equestrian photography. You don’t have to be a professional photographer we are looking for anyone with creativity and a passion for Equestrian photography. Entries close at midnight on 14 April 2011. A limit of one entry per person. The photographer must enter the photo.
When will the winner be announced?
The winner will be of the EA Photo of the Year will be announced at the EA Sport Achievement Awards on 04 May at ANZ Stadium Sydney Olympic Park. The winner will receive two complimentary tickets to the Awards Night.
How do I enter?
All photos are also to be sent in high resolution (minimum 800kb for jpeg / 300 dpi) to Nicky Turner at nicky.turner@equestrian.org.au with this EA PHOTO COMPETITION ENTRY FORM by 14 April 2011.
Please save the photo with file name that includes your name and the photo title.
All photos submitted in the competition will be uploaded on our EA Face book page in the album “EA Photo of the Year Competition”. The winning photo will become an auction item at the EA Sport Achievement Awards on 04 May.
Note: Equestrian Australia has the right to use any photos submitted in the competition (with credit to the photographer) at any time in the future. By entering this promotion you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these TERMS AND CONDITIONS
