EA Welcomes New AIS Best Practice Principles Relating to Sports Science & Sports Medicine
Published on Thursday, May 30, 2013 in General
Equestrian Australia welcomes the Sports Science & Sports Medicine (SSSM) Best Practice Principles announced today by the Australian Institute of Sport.
The guidelines outline to National Sporting Organisations how they should be approaching their SSSM program.
While Equestrian Australia already has a strong anti-doping policy in place, it welcomes the clear and practical framework which these guiding principles provide and is committed to proactively working to ensure its SSSM program remains aligned with these principles in the future.
