Goat Tries for 8 Seconds on Bucking Horse - Video

Published on Tuesday, May 14, 2013 in General

Goats and horses often make good companions, but we think the little guy in this Newfoundland and Labrador Tourism advert is taking a bit of a risk! He's got amazing balance, as most goats do, although he didn't quite make 8 seconds.

NewfoundlandLabrador.com says of the video, "At the very edge of the continent, half an hour off kilter with the rest of the world, there's a tendency towards the unexpected. While filming a commercial for Newfoundland and Labrador Tourism, the crew spotted these two unlikely friends near Cape St. Mary's Ecological Reserve on the southwestern part of the Avalon Peninsula. Which begs the question, what else would you expect in a place with its very own time zone? While we appreciate that this seems like an unlikely situation, there are actually four goats on this farm, and they all ride the horse. The owner of the animals assures us this is a regular occurrence. When the horse lies down, the goats climb on his back, and then the horse stands up. Our video captures the rest."

Enjoy!
