Great Career Opportunity for Business Support Assistant!

Inglis, one of the most prestigious names in the thoroughbred breeding and racing industry, invite applications from suitably qualified candidates, for the position of Business Support Assistant.

This is a full-time appointment, which includes interstate travel and some weekend work based at the Inglis Randwick ‘Newmarket’ complex. 

You must be computer literate with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks. You will be well presented and have strong customer service skills. Experience and/or interest in the thoroughbred breeding and racing industry is an advantage.

The primary responsibilities will include:

  • Administration & maintenance support of Inglis’ CRM system
  • Quality assurance of all data entered
  • Assistance in development of business intelligence reporting
  • Produce accurate and targeted distribution lists
  • Assist with administration support for the Inglis Race Series
  • Communication (oral & written) with clients
  • Update staff & client details on the Inglis website
  • General office duties including Reception relief

To be successful you must have:

  • Strong customer service skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Computer literate

A background in data administration is preferable and experience with Ardex would be an advantage but is not essential.
