Hawkesbury Dressage Club (HDC) boasted a record 433 entries to kick start their first competition for 2012!  HDC committee members were delighted with the success of the event held at Sydney International Equestrian Centre on Sunday 26 February. 

With the weather looking ominous in the lead up to the event, this didn’t deter the competitors from getting out there and performing their best thanks to the superb riding facilitites SIEC has to offer.

Horse of the Year trophies and rugs were awarded to the 2011 winners, Preliminary HOTY rider, Amy Turbill, said “I am so proud of Northern Victorio winning his first ever competition last year after spending six years in the paddock, he has now achieved Prelim HOTY”

Competitors are encouraged to get their entries in early for the Championships to be held 2-3 June, entries will be available soon via Global Entries Online www.globalentriesonline.com.au.
