All infected properties continue to be closely monitored and no new Hendra cases have been reported this week.

All at risk horses on the recently-quarantined property at Mullumbimby remain healthy and continue to be monitored. Further laboratory testing will be carried out 16 and 32 days following the last contact with the infected horse.

The Lismore and Macksville properties remain quarantined and all horses and companion animals remain healthy. All horses are being monitored twice daily and movement restrictions remain in place for all horses and companion animals.
