Horsezone sponsored the 2011 IGA Perth Royal Show, which ran from 1 - 8 October and featured a large program of horse events.

Horsezone provided a cash prize for the Horsezone Champion Showjumping Rider and sashes for Champion Working Hunters - Big and Small, plus $25 vouchers for all Working Hunters and for all entrants in Class 460 Part 3 Mini Prix. 

Showjumper Chaise Ludgate from Barrabadeen Performance Horses had a great show, taking out the Horsezone Champion Showjumping Rider award and winning a Horsezone jacket along with the cash prize, as well as winning the Champion Showjumping Horse. Congratulations Chaise!

On the Working Hunter front, Champion Working Hunter 14hh and Under was awarded to Sienna Bergersen and Beelo-Bi Moondyne Joe, while Reserve Champion was Shannon Carey-Smith and Tracey Carey's Wendamar Equity.  While Champion Working Hunter Over 14hh was won by Christine Starr and Amarah Parc Vandal and Reserve went to Thea and Alix Garner's River Downs Acclaim.

Horsezone representative in Western Australia, Duran Carter, went along to the show and watched the Six Bar Showjumping saying, "this was entertaining! There were eight competitors and two of them made it to the last five rounds with both of them clearing 1.65 metres!"

Duran presented the awards on behalf of Horsezone to Chaise Ludgate and the Working Hunter winners. Thanks so much for a job well done, Duran!
