Channel 7 has the exclusive broadcast rights in Australia.
Live on free-to-air TV :
Once every four years, we enjoy staying up all night to watch the competitions live on our big screen, with friends or with family, waving the flag and eating chips !
Channel 7 will broadcast the Games across its 3 channels offering over 900 hours of Olympic coverage :
- Channel 7
- Channel 7TWO (this channel will be diffusing the equestrian competition)
- Channel 7mate
- For the first time, during the competition, Channel 7 will be using its HD channel 70 to broadcast a high definition version of the main broadcast channel in all 5 capital cities around the country.
Live on your different devices :
- Channel 7 has launched on 1st August their Olympics on 7 App for iOS and Android.**
- In addition to the app, Channel 7 has also launched a dedicated Olympics website.**
