Inquest: Tighter Regulation of Riding Education Industry

Student Sarah Waugh, from Newcastle, was killed in March 2009 at Dubbo TAFE, whilst riding a horse she believed was suitable for a novice rider, however, it turned out to be a racehorse who had only been off the track a short time. Sarah's parents are now hoping an inquest into her death will result in tighter regulation of the riding education industry.
