Congratulations to the 2011 World Cup Australian League winner, Jamie Kermond, who was so far ahead on points he did not need to compete in the final competition, the 2011 Summer Classic CSI-W, on the weekend.
The final event over the weekend has formalised Sydney-based Jamie's 2011 Australian League title, thus earning him the right to represent Australia at the 2011/12 FEI World Cup Jumping Final in 's-Hertogenbosch in the Netherlands in April 2012.
Jamie will head overseas in January, firstly to the USA and then Europe, in his bid for the London Olympic Games.
Jamie is sponsored by HorsePower who are thrilled by his achievements in the World Cup Series this year. Another HorsePower sponsored rider, Rachael Sanna, won the Dressage World Cup Series, so Horsepower are extremely proud of these two high achieving riders!
