New Zealanders Jump on Board to Help Flood Victims

New Zealanders have organised a fund raiser to donate horse gear & items, covers, halters, lead ropes, feed bins and much more for the families and their beloved horses who have been victims of the Queensland Floods in Australia.

Coordinator Vanessa Veart-Smith is calling for people to donate their items asap and help those who have been affected by the flood who are desperate to look after their horses.  The items will be donated to the Queensland RSPCA to which IRT are currently helping source a freight company to come to the party and get the items to them.  So pull together and send or bring your items to Alexandra Park, Greenlane Road West, Epsom.

The NZ Racing Board are setting up posts at other race tracks round NZ to take donation items and get them to Alexandra Park, for a new updates please see the following link:
