Geurie Campdraft had the cash up last weekend.  With $64,000 in money and trophies up for grabs, Tamworth’s Julie Heineke took home her fair share.  With great success leading into the big event, a punter would have had to put their money on Tamworth’s leading lady Julie Heineke.  Chris Hall led the first round with 87 points, while Julie sat in fourth after the first round. Never to disappoint Julie Heineke scored 85 points in the final to take home first place on her great gelding Elliot, and fifth on G I Jane, to win over $3,400, as well as a beautiful gold and diamond bracelet.  Chris Hall and Bits N Pieces scored 84 points in the final to placed second and win over three thousand dollars.

ABCRA 2011 Most Successful Rider Troy Palmer from Coolah took home a major piece of the money up for grabs winning over $10,000.  Troy won the first round of the Open on Replica as well as equal second and third on ID and Omen as well as fourth on Replica in the final - Troy had a very successful weekend!  David Thorn from Wallendbeen rode Oh How Smart to win the Open event and a cheque of $4,500.

Lindsay Knight from Gunnedah was the man of the moment winning the Novice Final on Baileys with 176 points.  Second, third, and forth was split between Paul Agostine from Canowindra, Jade Smith from Scone, and Brett Rowlandson from Oberon all with 175 points.

Congratulations must go to Geurie committee for running a great event.
