Position Available: Live in, Part-Time Near Southern Highlands NSW

Small rural property in Balmoral Village requires live in person, couple or family to assist with house keeping, driving, odd jobs, baby sitting, gardening and horses. Approximately 15 hours per week.

Package offered:

• 3 bedroom cottage with 6 car garage, own yard and gardens
• use of a paddock for up to 2 horses
• use of equestrian facilities on the property
• rent, electricity and water included as base package in return for 15 hours of work.

Extra hours paid at the rate of $20 per hour. Could suit an individual, a family working in the Southern Highlands area or a retired couple.

Must have experience with children, a clean driver's license and own vehicle. Experience in cleaning and with horses and a heavy medium drivers licence an advantage but not essential.
