SELECTION POLICY 2018 FEI WORLD EQUESTRIAN GAMES DRESSAGE
Equestrian Australia’s Dressage Selection Panel has finalised its selection policy for the 2018 FEI World Equestrian Games to be held in Tryon, USA.
The Chair of the Equestrian Australia Dressage Committee, Prue Spurrett, welcomed the policy.
“The EADC congratulates the National Selectors on bringing the new Selection Policy to fruition, after a long consultation with all players”.
“The targets for WEG are in line with FEI policy, but we know our own FEI riders are treating the 2018 WEG criteria of 69% as a base line, and already consolidating performances above that mark.”
“The EADC believes that the next 12 months will be a time of personal bests in our sport and priority is now on the delivery. Good Luck to all our riders in achieving their goals in this quadrennial leading into Tokyo 2020,” said Prue Spurrett.
