So You Think Arrives at New Home

Published on Tuesday, January 11, 2011 in General

Australia’s champion galloper So You Think has taken up lodgings in his new home in Ireland.

The back-to-back Cox Plate winner has walked through the gates of his new trainer, Aiden O’Brien’s Ballydoyle operation, having arrived in Ireland just before Christmas.

Much will be expected of Coolmore Stud’s $60 million purchase as he currently sits on the second line of betting in three of Europe’s biggest events.

In the King George VI and Queen Elizabeth Stakes he is a 7-1 chance behind English Derby and 2010 Arc de Triomphe hero Workforce, and behind the same horse for the 2011 running of the Arc de Triomphe.

In the Eclipse Stakes he is currently ranked behind only his new stablemate Cape Blanco.
