Statement from Equestrian Australia - National Board Appointments

Equestrian Australia (EA) today confirmed the Equestrian State Branches have completed the election of the EA Board with the following appointments confirmed:

1.       Melissa Cannon

2.       Liza Carver

3.       Nick Crowe

4.       Wendy Hunt

5.       Warwick Vale

Under the EA Constitution, the State Branches exercised their right to vote via ballot for the new Board prior to the AGM.  This Board will come into effect at the conclusion of the 2012 AGM that is being held on Saturday 13 October.

In addition, the two casual vacancies currently available due to the resignations of Natalie Nichols and Graeme Bowker, will be appointed by the new Board in due course. 

I would like to thank the outgoing Board for their dedication to improving equestrian sport in Australia.
