Tappers Takes Houghton Hall CIC3*

Last year's Badminton winner, Paul Tapner took out the CIC3* at Houghton Hall (GBR) riding Stormhill Michael and finished seventh on Wickstead Didgeridoo. Running second after the dressage and show jumping with a score of 43.0, time penalties and a stop for Bettina Hoy and Lanfranco TSF (GER) across country saw her drop from the lead to ninth place.
Lucinda Fredericks aboard Nysa De Petra and Mr Millar finished fifth and thirteenth respectively while fellow Australian Warren Lamperd was eighteenth on Silvia.
Sam Griffiths placed third from 59 starters in the CIC2* on Paulank Brockagh.
