Tennyson Stud Open Day This Saturday!

Tennyson Stud, breeders and trainers of quality Warmblood dressage horses, are hosting an Open Day this Saturday 17 September and stud owner, Claire Seidl would love you to come along and join in the fun!
"The Open Day is a unique opportunity for everyone to gain an insight into the journey of a dressage horse from its early training through to Grand Prix," says Claire.
Commencing at 11.00am, features on the day will include:
- Masterclass with Claire Seidl
- Young Horse to FEI—The Journey
- Grand Prix Kur demonstration
- Presentation of Youngstock
- Tour of Facilities
- Meet the new season’s foals
- Trade Stands featuring the Worldwide Jewellery Collection and sponsors products
- BBQ (please BYO drinks)
You'll also be able to meet all the team from Tennyson Stud, including FEI horses Rolex and Worldwide PB (resident stallion), plus up and coming equine stars. A couple of the other Tennyson horses you'll be able to meet are:4 year old mare by D- Day 935 who had a beautiful foal by Worldwide PB last week (pictured above).
TS Wicked
Rising 2 year old colt by Worldwide PB who will be just mouthed and shown at the masterclass.
TS Welcome
4 year old mare by Worldwide PB in foal to Dancier, due in September. Welcome is for sale and will be a super riding horse, already showing a wonderful work ethic - happily performing counter canter, canter half pass and changes all whilst pregnant!
TS Wildfox
Rising 3 year old, broken in and ready to start his competitive career. Wildfox has a lovely loose trot, soft frame and natural way of travelling.
TS Whipit
An elegant bay with striking paces. A full brother to Welcome, he is displaying her wonderful characteristics, an amazingly easy and happy disposition.
TS Wunderbar and TS Witze
Quality Rising 2 year olds
There will also be a selection of the 2010 foals on display and offered for sale.
Tickets—$25.00 pre booked or $30.00 on the day. All attendees receive a free bag of feed, thanks to Mitavite.
