Foxie is an absolutely lovely, big OTT mare by Ilovethiscity. 5yo 16.2-16.3hh. She retired after one race start in Nov ‘21 due to being far too slow. She then spelled and began her retraining.

She has 3 quality paces and works kindly into a soft contact. Is currently ridden in a rubber snaffle. Foxie is incredibly trainable, with a really sweet personality. She’s happy to give anything a go.

She has had a couple of sessions over small jumps (just from trot at this stage) and was brave and willing. I think she will develop quite quickly into a lovely jumper.

She was a favourite at the racing stables and her current owner adores her. I find her quite easy going, but she is still a young horse who takes confidence from her rider. As such she isn’t suitable for any nervous or beginner riders.

Foxie is very ready to go on with. She loves being back in work and having a job. I think she will develop into a beautiful eventer.
