Magnum has recently been started and has received glowing reports from the trainer who worked with him, he is both smart and willing and everyone who has ridden him since, has had nothing but good things to say about him.

He has been a paddock ornament all his life due to no fault of his own, which has allowed him to mature physically and mentally, he is ready to go on with in any discipline. I think he would excel at working equitation, endurance or something that requires him to use his brain as he is so smart and eager to please.

He is good to catch, perfect to float, ties in a cross tie or to a fence, very easy to lung as he responds to voice cues, has been a little touchy with the farrier but settles down quickly. He can be led behind a quad bike or off another horse and is used to dogs, goats, farm machinery and trains. He is good to paddock with other horses and is a good doer.

Has been ridden in indoor and outdoor arenas, was taken to our Poncy Club grounds with other horses around and went through the water jump, jumped a few small jumps on the lunge and took everything in his stride. Has been taken over some poles and a few small show jumps and shows nice form and jumping potential. We have also taken him over some bridges and obstacles and he seems to enjoy all the challenges we have given him. He loves connection with people and being fussed over, doesn’t over react in situations but needs an experienced rider to help him reach his full potential.

He is up to date with teeth, vaccinating, worming and hooves. Video links below.
