Forward Coaching offers How-To Guidelines for providing good video footage, as well as how to upload or send your video.  No need for professional productions! You can also record your online session as a reference tool and are able to book as an individual or as a group.

• Video Analysis  Important for correcting and improving position, developing training plans and fitness regimes, maintaining motivation in training by receiving exercises and techniques tailored to your individual needs.   
• Test Riding Appraisal  Learn how to take your test results back into the training arena, exercises to improve test components, tips on improving ring craft, understanding how to interpret the test paper, developing competition plans and warm up approaches.
• Freestyle to Music Design  Learn how to choreograph a freestyle to suit your horse, understand the requirements of a freestyle test, analyse a variety of music themes, common mistakes to avoid.
• Performance Mentoring  Use a combination of video analysis, mental training  and performance coaching techniques, goal setting, forward planning, and time management strategies.
• Horse Management Advice How to feed for performance, fitness regimes, stable management, and other information regarding your horse.
• Coach Educating  Trainee coach assessments and feedback via video submission, theory paper assessment and feedback, HM and riding certificate assessments, mentoring, business start-up strategies.
