Andelain Sir Gawain, or Solly around the stables, is a 14.1hh Welsh super pony! He has talent and scope to burn and has proven to be extremely competitive in both the Showjumping and Eventing worlds. Although small, he makes up for this in personality and power!

Solly has competed and won in Showjumping up to 110cm and Eventing up to 95cm. He consistently has trained up to 120cm at home with his scope showing no limit. His size makes him very competitive in jump offs as he can turn on a dime and can tackle some awesome angles. He is bold and very reliable. Solly is well trained on the flat with laterals and flying changes.

Solly would ideally suit a confident junior or ambitious amateur who wants to get out there and win! Solly recently took an inexperienced rider around their first 95cm ever after only 3 rides and only previously competed to 70cm. He also recently won a class at Blayney show with limited prep. He is a fantastic partner for those with confidence who want to progress and have fun and success while doing it!

Solly is a beautifully bred Welsh Cob with an outstanding pedigree. He would also excel in Welsh classes as he is a stunning looking boy. He does require a confident adult or teen to occasionally handle him on the ground as he can be a typical Welsh if not managed. Under saddle he is always an absolute angel, he definitely loves his job! Fantastic to ride out on trailrides and in group settings. Loves to swim in dams, has been around livestock, kids, chickens, farm vehicles etc. Very safe, have had beginners ride him. Barefoot and has fantastic feet, very good doer, paddocks with other horses.
