Bloomsburys Beau Regard “Beausie”

7y.o, 16.2hh Australian Warmblood purpose bred sporthorse looking to meet his lifetime partner.

His Sire is Feldale Regardless R, bred in the purple, being from many times Australian Grand Prix_dressage Champion Regardez Moi out of Georgia R, herself from Dressage Grand Prix sire GrandCavalier.

His Dam is Bloomsburys Maybellene, by Richmeed Medallion, imported by Heath Ryan, out of Canyonleigh Memphis Belle (American Saddlebred (ASB).

Regardless himself was successfully campaigned by Felicity Cribb through to wins at 2* eventing and then to Grand Prix level in Dressage. His progeny are sure making their mark on the Australian eventing scene with Feldale Short Black having had recent success at 3* level with Oliver Barrett.

Beausie was broken in by Prue and Craig Barrett. He then stayed on for a couple of years being lightly campaigned by Craig and super talented young rider Olivia Barton at 80cm level eventing level. He is straightforward to handle, travelling easily and tying up to stand by the truck at events, or being yarded calmly.

Beausie is now focussing on straight dressage and is currently in work with Emma Bishop. Emma has taken him to two Dressage competitions at novice level and is scoring up to 72.5% with some high placings. Although Beausie has shown some very good talent for jumping, he can get a little hot and spooky especially on cross country so will be more suited to a confident, experienced rider for eventing. He is a very enjoyable ride in the straight dressage and seems to really love the work.
