‘Molly’ 3yo unraced, beautiful TB filly

Molly is an absolute angel. Very quiet natured and easy to do anything with. Unraced and untrialled. She was identified as having a wind issue which would require surgery to race, and was then retired, however this has not been nor is likely to be an issue outside of racing. She has been off the track about a year during which she has been trail ridden and schooled over small snow jumps and cross country jumps and took everything in her stride. I then spelled her to give her a chance to grown and mature as she is a big boned 3yo. She has recently come back into light work (1st ride out the paddock in 7 months and no issues at all), however I have a business and I’m just not getting the time for her that she deserves. Molly is an absolute sweetheart with a heart of gold who will make a beautiful pleasure riding or competition horse in any chosen discipline. No dirt whatsoever, however She is a 3yo TB and as such needs an experienced rider to further her education. . Please no beginners. She can’t be ridden on the property by others as it’s not my property and insurance etc. however I’m happy to ride her for prospective buyers.
