13yo TB Bay Mare

Splash is a lovely 13-year-old bay OTT Thoroughbred mare looking for her next home. She has been exposed to a variety of environments including trail riding, beach rides, and cattle properties, making her a well-rounded and sensible horse out and about.

She has all her basic flatwork established and is a nice, straightforward ride, though she hasn’t had extensive competition experience to date. Splash is best suited to a confident, competent rider as she can be slightly cold-backed. Please note with this, she is not a beginners horse.

On the ground, she is an absolute pleasure — easy to wash, clip, float, rug, tie, and for the farrier. She is well-mannered and low-fuss to handle in all aspects.

Splash is happy in a paddock both with other horses or on her own, and has a kind, sweet nature. She’s a genuine mare who deserves a caring home where she can continue to be enjoyed.
