2018 Thoroughbred Gelding

Joey is a 2018 bay TB gelding, retired from racing late last year. He was trained by Annabel Neasham in Sydney and trucked up once finished. He’s had a proper let-down and is now ready to go on with.

Joey has a very kind, gentle nature and was always the quiet horse on the track. He’s calm, sensible and easy to handle — good to catch, tie up, shoe and float.

He’s had minimal ridden work since retiring, however everything he has done has been positive and straightforward. Quiet under saddle and very willing. No nasties, just a lovely blank canvas.

Would suit someone looking for a kind OTTB project to bring along their own way.
