Buckskin Arab X Weanling Filly

9mo Buckskin filly is an unregistered Arab cross, out of a brown/black Arab cross mare sired by a Partbred Black Arab Stallion with Willaway La Sawad lines and Cherox Arabians and by Cremello partbred Arabian stallion Donrich Awestruck.

Last photo is of her dam, who is retained. She will be for sale at a later date.

Currently measuring approx. 12.2hh, expected to mature around 15hh.

Pretty filly with a refined, feminine type, nice movement, and a naturally athletic way of moving; she's fast and quick on her feet, with a lot of

personality.

She has a trainable, thinking mind and is very much an "ask, don't tell" type of filly. Intelligent, responsive, and sensitive without any dirt. When unsure about something she may move away initially, but she settles quickly, accepts guidance well, and tends to process new situations thoughtfully when given space to do so, before becoming confident with them.

She's continuing to improve nicely with handling and exposure, and sensible enough that my very inexperienced, anxious teen can walk her around and hold her and she felt safe enough to do so. She does, however, need a more experienced, patient handler to bring out the best in her.

Easy to catch, halter, lead, tie, groom, rug, spray, and pick up feet. She has been handled regularly, exposed to various motorised vehicles, yard equipment, etc.

I'm reducing numbers due to unexpected upcoming major surgery and can't keep them all.
