Scout is a very exciting young mare with the talent, temperament and ability to become a highly competitive performance horse in the right hands.
A naturally athletic mare with lovely movement, a love of jumping and plenty of potential, Scout is ideally suited to an intermediate/experienced rider looking for a horse they can continue producing through the levels.
She is currently competing Preliminary dressage and has already gained competition experience at Boneo Park in both dressage and showjumping. She is the same to take out as she is at home.
Scout has a lovely floaty trot, naturally uphill canter and is responsive to voice cues. She has commenced basic lateral work and is developing into a very enjoyable and trainable young horse.
Jumping is where Scout really shines. She genuinely enjoys her jumping, currently schooling comfortably around 75cm with plenty of scope and ability to continue progressing up the levels. She is athletic, willing and shows a natural ability.
Her temperament is one of her standout qualities. Scout is quiet and exceptionally easy to handle on the ground. She is easy to catch, shoe and float and loves to be fussed over. She is also lovely and patient with children and has a very pleasant nature.
While Scout is quiet and uncomplicated to handle as she is still young she he will be best suited to a knowledgeable home.
Scout has all the qualities to make a lovely Interschool dressage and showjumping partner, with the movement, jumping ability and temperament to be competitive while still being enjoyable to have around.
