Looking for a lease CBR and surrounds

Looking for a lease , preferably free and off property, for a 14 year old confident in w/t/c and over medium sized jumps, has been riding for around 3 years and has leased before. Looking for a horse that can jump or can be taught, aged from 4-18, minimum 13hh as she is quite small and max 16 hh, however can make exceptions for the right horse. Looking for something quiet but moves when asked , not fussed on breeds or colour. Just want something that my daughter can enjoy!
