Ready for anything OTT

Bowser is an absolute dream to have around. Since being here he has been exposed to other horses in an arena environment, travels well, overnight stays, clinics, small comps, normal paddock life, and general equestrian activities.

His temperament is an absolute highlight with this fellow, I can not fault him, I love him dearly. He travels beautifully, he is not a spooky type and is fantastic on trails, around cars, dogs, kangaroos - no problem. A real fun horse.

Easy to catch anywhere, not matey, no kick or bite, super to truck, tie up all day, great horse in the stable and paddock.

Equimillion eligible last race May 2025 let down and spelled for 4 months, in work and schooling well. Picks things up super quickly.

16.1hh 6 yrs old.

We have had Bowser straight OTT having only raced a few days prior. He has always been a dream to handle. First ride was a few days after he raced he was a gem!! In no time he was becoming round and moving off the leg.

Now after having some time to let down and coming back into work, Bowser has had a few outings and clinics where he settled in really quickly and worked beautifully. He can get a little spritely  in the warm up being OTT but settles quickly, nothing a confident rider can’t manage. That is improving with every outing.

He has had a few jumping sessions, trot poles, cross country training days, but his real forte seems to be dressage. He is going beautifully with lovely leg yeild, shoulder in, walk pirros. His canter work is coming along, not quite as balanced as trot work yet, as expected with time he will be a super star.

He will suit an experienced rider due to being an OTT. But he will definitely be one for the future if he continues his education in the right hands.

I am very particular which TB’s I take on after racing, temperament is everything and I love big movement, he’s got both. I have a string of very successful dressage and eventing horses, but I take on wonderful OTTs to give these horses EVERY opportunity to have a life after racing, I do it for them - their next home is very important to me and requires confidence & commitment.
