Sapphire is an amazing horse but i found that being a beginner rider she is a bit too headstrong for me. She has been out of work for 7 months and we have now decided to put her on the market. We have recently had an experienced rider out that is currently bringing her back into work.

With the experienced rider she instantly took everything into her stride. Sapphire knows how to yield well off pressure and is fantastic with leg yielding and half passing, turn on the forehand, back up and was previously ridden English and has some education under her belt as well as being fantastic to ride through the open paddocks bareback.

She is barefoot and good for the farrier, low maintenance with feeding being a chunky quarter horse, fantastic to rug, very respectful on the ground and had been doing liberty work.

She is used to machinery, properties near by shooting guns, dogs and is paddocked with two mini donkeys and is very kind.

She’s a fun little horse that also is extremely in tune with her rider, due to that and her coming back into work, I recommend an intermediate rider but shes so sweet and will be amazing with the right rider.

These videos are from the 18/10/26 when we had the experienced rider out for the first time.
