Shirley is a beautiful young thoroughbred mare who has made a fantastic start to her eventing career and is showing plenty of potential for the future.

Shirley is an absolute pleasure to take out and about. She is beautifully quiet at competitions and takes everything in her stride.

Cross country has been a real highlight. She is bold, brave and incredibly fun to ride, confidently tackling everything asked of her. In the showjumping, she is careful and confident, with a great attitude and a desire to leave the rails up.

She is currently schooling Preliminary dressage and jumping 90cm at home, showing plenty of promise as a future eventer.

Shirley is by Group 1 winner Saxon Warrior, a son of the legendary Deep Impact, and carries the influential Galileo bloodlines.

While Shirley is quiet and straightforward in many ways, she can be sensitive and would be best suited to a confident, capable rider who can continue her education and bring out the best in her.

She is a lovely young mare with plenty to offer and would be a fantastic prospect for someone wanting to produce a quality thoroughbred through the eventing levels.
