Deeler is a compact little horse. Quick and nimble, he can turn on a sixpence. In the last 12 months he has been out to clinics and showjumping days including the OTT Showcase at Boneo in September where he finished 8th overall in the 60cm SJ championship. Deeler is great to hack out and loves his bush rides.

He’s up to date with teeth and is shod in front. He copes well in the bush without back shoes. Great to shoe and travel. Does most of his travel on the truck but has been on a SL float a few times in the last 12 months.

Deeler is excellent to yard when away from home and doesn’t get clingy, he will stand alone while his friends are off jumping.

Confidently jumping 70cm at his last jumping show, he has a good technique and I believe showjumping is where his talent lies. He has been XC a number of times and competed at Avenel Hunter Trials in August. He was bold and brave and only hesitated for a few moments at the water.

Deeler has no dirt however can get a little hot when entering/exiting the ring. This has improved dramatically over the last few months and will only get better with more outings.

He is in work and ready to go on with and will continue to be campaigned until sold.

Eligible for the Rising Stars class at Melbourne 3DE in 2026.

I believe Deeler would suit a confident junior/young rider who is keen to showjump. Being OTT he will only be sold to an experienced home. 

Currently paddocked alone however has also been with our herd without issue.
