Stunning 3yo OTT Filly

Molly is an absolute angel. Very quiet natured and easy to do anything with. Unraced as She is a roarer but that doesn’t affect her work off track. She has been off the track about a year during which she has been trail ridden, cross country schooled and has recently been to show jumping days jumping 65cm clear. however I have a business and I’m just not getting the time for her that she deserves. Molly is an absolute sweetheart with a heart of gold who will make a beautiful pleasure riding or competition horse in any chosen discipline. No dirt whatsoever, however She is a green 3yo TB and as such needs an experienced rider to further her education. . Please no beginners. She can’t be ridden on the property by others as it’s not my property and insurance etc. There’s no facilities at the property where she is however I’m happy to ride her in the round yard and up the road for prospective buyers. We also have a few logs in the paddock I can jump her over.
