Superb, Genuine All rounder

Political Debate (Paddy) is a 6 year old, approximately 16.1hh bay gelding, thoroughbred. He retired from racing in October 2025 and has started his new career off the track since January 2026.

Paddy is a very genuine honest horse who has taken to everything in his stride, he has a lovely temperament and is a nice quiet ride. He is a nice straightforward ride and has become established travelling in a consistent round frame, and is starting to learn basic lateral movements. He is a good brave jumper and is becoming more consistent in his shape the more he does. He is bold, brave and very straight forward cross country and travels nicely without getting strong.

Paddy has been to a handful of show jump training days and has had two eventing starts so far and behaved himself very well at all of his outings. He has jumped two clear cross country rounds and was under time in both for his first two events.

He is a really fun honest horse and a pleasure to have around.
