If you're looking for a kind, genuine Thoroughbred with a lovely nature, Prawn could be your perfect match.

Prawn is an absolute gentleman with a beautiful personality. He is always willing to please, enjoys having a job, and is happy to give anything a go. He loves pole work, enjoys trail riding, and has been well exposed to busy farm life, including machinery, dogs, alpacas, and other horses.

He is easy to catch, handle, float, and ride, with no nasties or vices. Prawn has safely carried complete beginners and has always looked after his riders, making him a trustworthy and sensible horse.

Having been off the track for around six months, Prawn is still continuing his education and would be best suited to someone with OTTB experience who can further develop his potential. He is improving every ride, with canter work currently being his main focus. He has also been free-jumped to 60cm with plenty of scope and willingness to progress further.

Unlike many Thoroughbreds, Prawn is naturally quiet and quite lazy, often needing a little encouragement to get going. Once he's switched on, he is a willing and enjoyable partner.
