2008 ottb mare standing at 15.2hh ( registered EA and tb registries Australia)

sweet natured Thoroughbred mare, that is looking for her next rider. has done a lot of disciplines in the 2 years I’ve had her. Some include

- showing/hacking

- Trail rides

- Cattle/livestock work

- Show jumping

- Dressage

She had a successful show season last year placing in the top three in small hack classes and many champions in the thoroughbred sections. However she will need a very confident rider when attending Ag shows as the atmosphere can stress her out, leading to resistance. Other than that she is a very calm easy going horse, I’m just not a confident enough rider to support her.

I’ve done a little bit of show jumping with her, I’ve jumped 60-70cm with her. Her previous owner was schooling her over 1m jumps and competing her at 90cm. I have also done a dressage comp with her which she scored 71%. She obviously dosent have instinct on cattle but is willing to give it a go. She’s worked on cattle, sheep and goats. She is also completely desensitised to all farm machinery from tractors, excavators and motors bikes she dosent care. She is good to go on trail rides with and without other horses and is not phased at kangaroos or wildlife.

She has made me the rider I am today and can teach anyone a lot! She will need a confident rider when competing, but if she’s just a trail at home horse she is completely comfortable. She does wind suck but it doesn’t affect anything.

I’m asking $4000 neg as she’s not in show condition and I’m bringing her back into work currently. 45 minutes south of Goulburn.
