Yoda (race name Hot N Handy) is a rising 8-year-old black New Zealand-bred Thoroughbred gelding who has spent the past two years proving himself to be an absolute gentleman.

Over the past two years with us, Yoda has been a reliable trail horse and has also helped teach a beginner rider the ropes. He is a genuine, sensible horse who has seen plenty of life and has proven himself to be a safe and trustworthy mount.

He has been exposed to a huge variety of environments and distractions, including:

🐕 Dogs & chickens

👧 Small children

🚲 Bikes & traffic

🚜 Machinery

🏡 Rural & town environments

Yoda is also easy to handle and straightforward to do, including trimming, grooming and floating etc.

Yoda has been led off other horses and you can lead other horses from him. Take him out alone or in company - he remains the same.

A versatile gelding with plenty of ability, Yoda could suit someone looking for a dependable trail buddy, a horse to continue developing, or a horse with the potential to step into the show ring.

Whilst Yoda has proven to be safe and reliable, he is a big horse with big movement and will require a suitable rider.

Yoda is only for sale due to owner circumstances, not because of any fault with him. Happy to discuss.
