We are sad to sell Leo but my daughter doesn’t have the time to spend with him that he deserves.

He was started late by his previous owner, so he has had time to grow and develop. His previous owner took him out as a companion horse on competition days before she trained him and sold him to us.

Leo is a gentle gelding who enjoys being ridden by someone who gives him clear instructions and as such he is suited to an experienced rider. He is a horse that likes to please but needs guidance. He is quick to learn, likes a challenge and enjoys praise when he's done a good job. Leo is well trained and he takes his lead from his rider.  He is forward to the jump and will take you to the jump. He’s jumped 90cm – 1m at home and has scope for more. He’s more go than whoa with a fantastic stop. We have taken him out to pony club and his previous owner took him to some jump competitions.

With a nice collection and contact, he picks up contact very easily, so lateral work and flying changes come quite easily to him.  

While he is sensitive, he will happily follow you around and come up to you in the paddock for a cuddle.

He would suit a competitive home with an experienced teenager or young adult rider.

He is in full work and ready to excel in his new competition home.
