Are You Interested in Becoming an EA Coach? Forward Coaching Can Help!

Published on Wednesday, September 5, 2012 in Training and Clinics

So many Trainee Coaches are frustrated by the lack of accessibility to Coach Educators, as well as the time away and the extra expenses incurred when travelling to the venue. Then they are concerned about the possibility of not being found competent in that area, and are faced with the knowledge they may have to repeat the exercise all over again. Forward Coaching is here to help!

Electronic submission can be extremely useful, not just as an assessment tool, but as a feedback and training tool, and as a way to be best prepared for the Assessment process.

Additionally, EA Trainee Coaches can now purchase various Activity Modules for Electronic Assessment/Submission through Forward Coaching.

For example, Level 1 Dressage Trainees can purchase the Coach Observation/Poles & Grids module. They receive a 45 minute video of a Level 2 Coach conducting a lesson and are able to submit their completed Activity Slip for Assessment.

Video, Feedback and Assessment are all inclusive for the Modules.  Just another way to allow Trainees access to a Coach Educator more easily!

More modules are currently being developed by Forward Coaching and any suggestions are welcomed.
