Day Three - National Interschool Championships - Results & Photos

Published on Friday, October 5, 2012 in Sponsored Shows

Yet another fabulous day in Toowoomba at the National Interschool Championships with dressage, jumping and the cross country phase of the eventing.

The main arena was once again filled with beautiful dressage horses and judge of the Intermediate Novice 2D, Karen Herald, said she was impressed with the standard. The lovely winner of this event, Rum N Coke ridden by Sarah Farraway (NSW), scored 73%!

I had a fantastic time out on the cross country course taking photos of the Secondary Pre-Novice and CNC 1* - everyone did a great job - brave horses and riders! Jasmine Dennison (VIC) pictured at right, was thrilled with Lakevale Stylish Century's clear cross country roundCheck out all the photos here.

If you have good quality photos from the National Interschool Championships that you'd love to add to the Gallery, please login to Horsezone, go to the Gallery and 'add photo' we'd love to see them.

To top off the day was the wonderful Glennie School Dinner, which was attended by everyone on the grounds (or so it seemed). We all enjoyed a lovely meal and good company. The competitors showed what amazing energy they have by dancing the night away to a local band, which new all their favourite songs. It was great to see all the teams mingling and dancing together. Photos from this event will be uploaded today.
