EA Reveals Dressage Long List in Lead Up to the 2014 Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games

National dressage selectors have advised the horse and rider combinations that will contest Australia’s two round nomination series ahead of the 2014 FEI Alltech World Equestrian Games. 

Seven horse and rider combinations have satisfied the criteria as outlined in the WEG selection policy for dressage (see HERE) and will go head to head at two events – Fritzens CDI4* (AUT) from 4-6 July 2014 and Deauville CDI3* (FRA) from 25-27 July.

Following the two round nomination series, the top four ranked combinations according to the criteria (section 2.3) will earn nomination to Australia’s dressage team for the 2014 FEI World Equestrian Games

EA congratulates the following combinations on making the dressage long list:

Briana Burgess and La Scala III

Mary Hanna and Sancette

Kristy Oatley and Louisa 34

Kristy Oatley and Ronan 2

Lyndal Oatley and Sandro Boy

Maree Tomkinson and Diamantina 4

Meantime, the Para-Equestrian Long List and Vaulting Short List have also been announced today. Australia’s Para-Equestrian team will be advised before 24 July while the Vaulting team will be announced prior to definite entries for WEG, which is 21 August. View the lists HERE
